Do your products come with a warranty?

All our products are covered by a standard 12 months warranty under the Australian Consumer Law. This covers any manufacture defects or missing parts.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, the warranty is only valid on the premise that the consumer:

  • Has taken reasonable care of the goods
  • Not damaged the goods by using them in a way they were not meant to be used
  • Be able to provide proof of purchase

Can I cancel my pre-order?

For change of minds we allow up to 14 days after purchase if you wish to cancel your pre-order. 

Can I get a refund?

For pre-order cancellations, we issue full refunds if requested within 14 days, and 50% refund thereafter.

Once your order has been delivered and fulfilled, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our products, we have a money back guarantee.

Will I be charged customs tax when my order is delivered?

We are making preparations to have the Carry-Play stocked locally in all major countries so it will be tax-free for all customers in 2021.

The Carry-Play is fully tax-inclusive, but our other products are currently only stocked in the US and AU, so some countries will have tax charges, e.g Canadian customers will be subject to local GST, PST or HST charges.

UK customers will also incur a 2.5% customs charge on purchases over £135.
