Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, we understand that our customers' circumstances may change, so we allow for cancellation up until the product is dispatched. 

Can I get a refund?

For order cancellations, we will provide a full refund on your order. Please note that due to currency conversions, your bank may charge a small fee that is not wihtin our control.

Once your order has been shipped, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our products, we have a 30-day return policy and money back guarantee. 

Please note that we're unable to issue refunds for orders that are already in transit.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide except to the following: Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, New Zealand, Middle East and Europe

Free shipping only available in: United States (excl. Alaska & Hawaii), Australia, China, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Taiwan.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All our products are covered by a standard 12 months warranty under the Australian Consumer Law that is applicable to all customers worldwide who purchase from us. This covers any manufacture defects or missing parts.

Depending on our assessment of a warranty claim, we reserve the right to:

  • repair or replace goods (or part of them)
  • resupply or fix a problem with services (or part of them)
  • provide compensation to the customer

Depending on the situation, we may also require the product to be sent back to our manufacturer in Shenzhen, China. Note that we do not cover the cost of return.

Will I be charged customs tax when my order is delivered?

Our products are stocked in the US, Australia and China, so it will be tax-inclusive for customers in the US, Australia and Asia.

At the moment our UK customers have not been charged customs duty when they received their orders, but we're unsure if this will change following new Brexit and VAT changes.
